ORDER OF PUBLICATION

    The object of this suit is to partition the real estate, in one of the modes prescribed by law, and particularly so as to allow the plaintiff to acquire the interests outstanding in the real estate described in the style of this suit by purchasing the interests of the defendants in exchange for the fair market value of their respective shares.

   An Affidavit having been made and signed that there are unknown parties in interest who may have a claim to the property claiming by or through Richmond Wright, Sam Wright, Julia Wright Kilgore and Noah Wright, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendants appear on or before January 12, 2025, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.

    It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Wise County, Virginia.
